The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made with argentosavilla.com. This is applicable to telephone bookings or reservations made from our website. These apply to individual reservations made by the client for his/her personal use.

The reservation request entails adherence to these terms and conditions with full, unreserved acceptance of the contents.

Online Booking Engine Terms

The reservation request must be made in the name of one of the persons who will stay at Villa Argentosa.
The reservation is considered to have been made upon validation of bank transfer. Your prepayment will be used to guarantee your booking. The rates shown include VAT.
Villa Argentosa acknowledges receipt of the client’s reservation in a timely manner by sending an e-mail to the address entered by the client. The message provides a summary of the reservation, the rates and the date of the reservation.
Villa Argentosa has implemented personal data processing procedures, for which it takes responsibility.

General Conditions

The client agrees to provide the information requested on the reservation form prior to submitting any reservation.
The client attests that the information provided is true and accurate.
Your reservation will be confirmed after the payment has been completed via bank transfer.
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Booking ID as the payment reference.
The selected dates will appear reserved for 5 days until payment.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
You’ll be charged the 50% of total cost of your reservation if you cancel until 14 days before arrival.
You’ll be charged the total price if you cancel your booking within 14 days before arrival.

Accuracy, Completeness and Timeleness of Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our goods that appear on Villa Argentosa website.
Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to Villa Argentosa descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.
You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our website.

Prices for accommodation are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the availability (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third- party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the availabilities.

We provide real time search availability and the reservation online.
We provide comprehensive information (position, services available, rooms features), images, maps that allow to explore accommodation.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation you place with us.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel reservations that have been confirmed.
These restrictions may include reservations placed by or under the same customer, the same bank account, and/or reservation that use the same mail address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit reservation that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by competitors, minors or persons with suspicious activity.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate personal informations for all reservations made at our store, so that we contact you as needed.
